When something isn’t working, a few details let us sort it out faster:
- The email address on your Dappling account
- Your phone model, and the app version if you know it
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot, if you can take one
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete your data, email us from the address on your Dappling account so we can confirm it’s you. You can also delete your account yourself in the app, under Profile → Delete account. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
